– A one-time ticket (250 yen plus tax) allows you to make one phone call to our office for assistance in English. If we cannot answer your question, we will find someone who can and get back to you.
– A 1,000-yen package allows you to make 5 phone calls.

We advise you to rent a mobile phone at the airport. No mobile phones are available for rent in Shinanomachi, and there are hardly any pay phones here either!
